Should ever, contrary to expectation, quality problems appear with a translation and you have reason to complain, we will, of course, correct this immediately, without further charge.

All information which KC may obtain during translation will be treated with absolute secrecy (see also our GC).
Orders
To place an order with KC, please fill in our special form. You have the possibility to either include your text directly (follow the instructions) or to send it as an attachment (.doc, .xls, .pdf formats are supported). Of course, you have the possibility to send us your document by 3 1/4 disks or by normal mail. We will acknowledge receipt upon reception.
